- Purchases using Myer Rewards credits for full/partial payment (including, but not limited to) CBA CommBank Award Points, Velocity Points, loyalty programs such as Myer Xmas Club, Myer Black, Myer One, Myer Return, Myer Multi or any Myer credit card points, AMEX Reward Points and all Points + Pay methods at checkout.
- Purchase of gift cards or use of gift cards for full or partial payment.
- Purchases made via Myer's mobile app.
- Purchases using Myer team member/staff discounts.
- Products from the following brands: CHANEL, Dior, Hermes, Aesop.
- Purchases using coupon codes not listed on Cashrewards.
- Purchases via the merchant's mobile app.
Tracking Tips
- Empty cart and/or wishlist prior to clicking from Cashrewards
- Return and click through Cashrewards for each new transaction
- Finalise your purchase on the page opened by Cashrewards. No new tab or new browser
- VPNs can break tracking
- Allow third-party cookies
- Disable your ad block software
- If you experience payment issues while making a purchase, please revisit the merchant's website through Cashrewards to ensure that your cashback is tracked
- Complete shop within 3 hrs of clicking from Cashrewards
