Norton currently has a cashback offer on some of its products (further details here)

EDIT: Check on the bottom of the box "Not for resale or distribution inside the European Union or the Americas." to confirm its an Australian version.

This includes the 1 User Retail Pack for Norton Internet Security. Pay $18 now and get $40 cash back next year. I bought 1 box to test if it works.

This is like the dicksmith 3 User deal but this one get you more cashback. Sure you get 1 User instead of 3.. But no problem just buy more of them.

If you already bought the dicksmith deal and you need more years feel free to buy more.

Although it says $17.50 on the website its $18 in store.

EDIT: Shipping is $10 for those unable to pickup. They have a few stores in NSW.. Check their website for more information.

I'd probably could use a few Norton Internet Security boxes.. but i wont be in the Sydney CBD till Monday. So Ozbargain them all up and make me proud.. or sad or whatever

As an extra bonus they was handing out tissue boxes (1/2 sized boxes) outside on the street.(The boxes had lots of adverts on them but its free tissue) - You do not have to make a purchase to receive these boxes

    OP: need to point out price is only for Haymarket pickup. Otherwise $10 shipping makes this almost same price as (expired) DS 3 user deal.
    Wasting our time by not bothering listing the important info in title, tags, or details.
    Not everyone knows you mean Sydney when you said "city".

    Any differences between retail and oem edition? Seems like MSY selling them for $18.
    Actually, $12 from Umart is cheaper.

      you cant get rebate with oem edition.

    FYI, you can use one computer to install multiple cd's. Just need to install, activate using the same norton account then claim the cashback (uninstall norton then rinse and repeat with different serials). You cant just plug in the serial on the claim website as it doesn't recognise it until it's been activated :(

    BTW only Aus/NZ sets are eligible for the cashback promo, so do check that its not a grey import of the asia or america version before purchase. ;)

    Went to officeworks, they agreed to price match with shipping costs added. Then I said there is free pick up option available but they told me to go there and get it even I am in Sydney. Their price guaranteed policy is really dodgy. It's more like an marketing form.

      They can add shipping only, if the item is available on-line from that store. If it is available in store, they have to match the price only.

          well that suck. My office work manager was pretty friendly, i just show him the web on my phone, he price match no more question ask.

      Not for resale or distribution inside the European Union or the Americas.

      I guess best to check the box before buying

        The 3 user IS from DS deal say the same "Not for sale in EU or Americas. Made in Singapore." Those are eligible for $40.
        Others who bought this deal can confirm the Copyright details on bottom of box.
