      It has been in my app for a few weeks probably since 1st Oct.
      Can you see the $6 Optus SIM which is the last on the list?
      Just checking if your app has been updated? Don't know if it makes a difference to uninstall and reinstall the app.
      I would be surprised if this was targeted.

        I just registered to 7-11 today to get this offer. Had to install the app so using the the latest app. I cant see “ $6 Optus SIM” as well. No SIM offer under “App exclusive offer” for me.

          @io I just spoke to 7-Eleven 1800 247 711 (Mon-Fri 8am-6pm or Sat-Sun 8am-4pm). They asked you to contact them as they can check your account to see if you can get this offer now.

          When I signed up to 7-Eleven not too long ago to buy a gift card in the app, the gift card offer showed up in the app straightaway.

            @trixieb: Thank you. I will give them a call. I am in SA where there are no 7/11 this might be a reason too. But I can see other food related offers in the app. Thanks again for your efforts. 😊

              @io: Just saw that Coles still has this SIM for $10 till 29/10 so don't need to buy from 7-Eleven. Forgot to check Woolworths and will find out tomorrow. https://www.ozbargain.com.au/node/869988

                @trixieb: True that Coles is easier however with price gouging I would rather give the business to 7 Eleven at least they give us the option lock fuel.

    Anyhow good on you OP 19 hours earlier than me. I actually knew about it few days ago just don't have time to post seeing Coles one was still around

    The offer I believe is NSW only and might be targeted if you don't have it

      Sorry about that. I knew about this offer for a few weeks but didn't post earlier. It was probably in the app since 1st Oct. Coles and Woolworths had this offer last week which I posted.

      You can search the posts before posting yours in future to avoid wasting your effort. The search function doesn't always show the current posts at the top. Sometimes I had to scroll down to look through the posts.

      I rang 7-Eleven yesterday to ask about this offer. It doesn't appear to be targeted or specific to NSW. I'm in Perth WA.

          OzBargain has that warning if you use the same link. Whenever I have posted new offers that use the same link, I have received that message even though the offers weren't posted yet. I had to tick the Not duplicate box to submit the deal.

            @trixieb: All good I didn't have a link specified of course it won't pick up. In my case I got the deal on 7 eleven app because it goes away after claiming I could not share the deal anymore

    None in stock at Epping NSW but managed to get one at Carlingford.
    Nice to see they didn't ask for my licence details just name and address.
    Going to see how this compares to Vodafone on the train ride to work. If it's better I'll make the switch.
