I feel with cherry keys patent already expired the benefit has not rightly been passed onto customers. Would love to see cheaper and better options than these brands.

      Some people vastly prefer these low-profile scissor switches for office work over mechanical Cherry MX keys. Anyway, there are plenty of choices based on personal preference.

        @fastnet: Yep exactly, I have both G series and the MX and always use the MX for work and G board for gaming.
