Its fine….
It pushes a concept that makes it seem like its end game or end of the game but just resets and gives you a slightly better armour set each time.If you dont search the whole galaxy for certain power ups in an extremely repetitive manner and you miss one you wanted to max then you have to reset that go again, and theres a max starborn as well.
If you dont want to 100% it and want to run around doing whatever then its pretty fun
Solid “meh”. Easier to fast travel, and you don’t actually fly anywhere.
If the game's flight mechanics took more pages from No Man's Sky it'd be much more fun and engaging
And if they took more inspiration from Cyberpunk's combat it'd be much more fun and engaging
And if they… I could go on and on.
Bottom line, it's a Bethesda game. They all have that same feel to them.
Yeah I liked it. Definitely worth 32 bucks.
For me, it was boring as hell.
What a deal on Loading Screen Simulator 2024
Sarah Morgan liked that.
If Microsoft paid me $32.51 to play this game it would still be a bad deal.

lol
Time to buy a $600 xbox series x for the disc drive (/j)
starts off ok, but doesnt take long to be boring..
yes, if they,
lol
its a bit like reskinned Skyrim in space
But Skyrim didn't have copied and pasted buildings everywhere. It at least had some variety that made exploration worthwhile.
I played it for free off Game Pass and still feel like they should have paid me (and even then it would be a bad deal).
Incredibly boring game that demonstrates Bethesda's hubris and that they've completely lost all touch (although they were on their way even before this game).
I feel bad for all the non-lead position people who worked on this game, that would have put in heaps of time and effort, knowing that the poor decisions made by the leads meant it would never be a good game.
I enjoyed Oblivion, Fallout 3 and Skyrim, but am really more a sci-fi rather than fantasy person, so this should have been the perfect game for me. But it was just zero fun to play. And having a huge number of planets is pointless if they all have the same buildings copy and pasted EXACTLY (literally enemy placement, loot and even random objects). There is zero fun to be had in the exploration, which honestly was the only thing the more recent Bethesda games had going for them (because it certainly wasn't the story for Fallout 4 and Skyrim).
The most milage I get from this game is the endless bounty hunting quests and ship boarding. Ship building was also decent imo (for the Lego fan in me). But yeah, with you on the exploration front. Would not have paid 100 bucks for this lmao, and I hope not many people did.
Possibly a way of getting rid of stock ready for the inevitable Game of the Year version with expansions included.

Is this game any good?
