Hope everyone is enjoying October :)
Really excited about the nice mix of offerings we've got for this deal.
We've got a new spin on coffees we've offered before - Atypical has an espresso version of the washed Ethiopian from Tsegaye Tekebo. While Pillar are roasting the Rachia Aricha which you may have seen some other roasters offer earlier in the year. Always fun seeing the subtle differences that can be found even when using the same coffee!
But the most interesting this month I reckon is the naturally processed coffee we have from Toraja in Indonesia. For those following along for a while, you'll have seen this name before and it's quickly becoming a favourite. This thing is a slow burn that opens up so well as it cools down - the strawberry flavours that come out after 5 or so minutes are something else (brewed as a pourover)! You'd pay $10 for this as a pourover at a cafe, so you're in a for a treat :)
As always, for those who are after a classic blend for their daily milk based drink we haven't forgotten about you! All the classics from AXIL and Atypical. Also, give Wood and Co some love if you haven't tried their blends before.
