However when I placed an order just now I added a case of beer and added 36 Heineken Silvers for free.
Steps worked for me:
1. Add more than $25 worth of beer
2. Go to the cart, there should be a message to add 1 Heineken silver for free
3. Edit Quantity
4. Check the total price, should be unchanged.
Pickup ASAP is generally the key.
Click and collect is usually ready within an hour, I just went to pick up mine and no issues. Cheers!

I think they've closed the loop. I added 36 bottles and got a message saying "you've saved $180" but then at checkout, it shows the full price of 35 bottles
For me during the review stage it change from 36 for $0 to 3 for $15.
