Saw an Instagram ad about this.

"This offer can only be redeemed once per household on a first come first served basis. If a member applies for the offer from the same household as an already successful purchase, it will be declined."

Ad stated free Echo Pop but the cashback states $32 cap, I don't see a reason as to why you'd be limited to just the echo pop, maybe you'd be able to buy something else.

        Shouldn't be on categories. Just the usual no manually entered promo codes or paying with Amazon promo credit and don't try to combine this offer with their referral signup deal.

      I don't really understand this sentence. If I refer my wife to TCB, and she makes a new TCB account and makes a purchase of $20 on Amazon with an existing Amazon account, would it earn 100% cashback given I have never claimed this 100% cashback offer before? I will still get the referral bonus?

        I always use a VPN that shares IP Address between many people. I wonder if that would cause this issue as well - the thread doesn't say for sure whether an issue is IP Address with a combination of a browser or just IP address by itself.

      Mine always opens the app and tracks successfully. I'm confused why they included that clause in the OP that you see. But better say than sorry and do as they instruct.

      If on Android, you can also disable it from opening in app settings.

        Standard legal term to cater for unexpected hacks (often posted here), genuine listing errors, and internal fus/oversights and lack of forethought about t&cs. Given their parent company ethos TC (Au) might reasonably be expected to be upfront and post a big banner saying for example: As of (time/date) this deal ONLY applies to Echo……. All TC cashback purchases under the previous t&cs will be honoured. There's a first time for everything.

        Anyone who purchased PRIOR to the changes is legally entitled to the offer.

            @dongltron: Obviously. Someone at TC should be working on the problem to ensure they comply with ACL as we speak.

            My highlighted sentence was simply to help anyone who might be disenfranchised and accept customer service waffle - should that occur. Plenty of examples of CB operators and retailers finding excuses for not fulfilling their advertised offers.

      Amazon's tracking is a bit slower. Similar to Cashrewards and ShopBack.

      Amazon tracking is not instant, and typically takes 1-7 days to report.

    Hmmm Topcashback seems like a shady operation. Signed up as soon as the deal went up. Now they change the T&C's to require the purchase to be an ECHO POP.

    Still haven't received the activation email after repeated requests. Not sure if this is a delay tactic to avoid identifying cashback.

    Eitherway, these guys have gone silent to explain the post T&C changes . Wont be using or recommending them. Stick with cashrewards and shopback.

      No reason why it shouldn't and no reason why they shouldn't honour the offer as it stood in your case.

      I would have joined under the old t&cs. Obviously they're getting a special deal from Amazon limiting the purchase to an Amazon product.
      A very good deal if you can use or gift the Pop.

    Got an email this morning and checked on the app, my power bank purchase worth $49.99 tracked at $32.

    Seems like they did honour those orders that were placed before they changed the T&C's.

    But still won't open it yet as it has 30 days change of mind returns, they might decline it. Has anyone tried to contact them regarding this deal? Also, how long does TCB decline a cashback?
