    Apologies, some of the reasons are:

    It's my 1st time organising, so easier to manage.
    Also on Saturday, so might be busier than weekdays.
    Lastly, even though OB reimburse the cost later on, I do have a limited budget to be paid by me, on the actual day of the event.

        Spread out the 2 events (3 weeks apart) should be fine, budget wise.

        Plus, the other one is not confirmed yet.
