    For $20 coupon, it asks full name, DOB, email, and mobile. What will they do with mobile and DOB?

      In all likelihood they need your number to text you marketing messages, and your DOB to understand the age of their customers (they might also email you a code for your birthday)

    Every reason you should when many telecommunications companies use DOB as one of the identifier when doing a number port. To be honest it is odd to ask for it, many companies are just asking for year of birth, less invasive and less worry for the person giving the information.
