My super old Telstra Gen 2 modem started having wifi issues recently. This is a very solid mid range mesh wifi model after my bit of research. Better than google wifi pro and Amazon eero apparently. It’s not 6E but should be more than fine for general use at home. Most devices don’t really support 6E anyway unless they are very new. I was holding out while it was $350 ish but now that it is ATL, I have pulled the trigger.
Bought the X50 3 pack from Officeworks (Price Match) for $288.34 last month, worried the system wouldn’t do a daisy chain set up, but the new firmware has fixed that so its not having to go through solid walls with a weak signal. I would recommend a LAN backup though.
JB selling X50 3 pack for 299.

From TP-link website, X50 and X55 have same spec. any ideas the difference on x55 and x50?
AFAIK the difference is the X50 has a white 'lid'.
Thank you so much.
Damn… 2 months ago i bought the 2-pack for $289.
