    The logo is on the bottom of the pan, not on the cooking surface. I purchased in the last deal and have been happy with it, in normal use you don't even notice it's there.

      Does food stick to it. I been using stainless and its been a pain for some foods

        No it's been great, just keep it seasoned with oil as per the instructions. Maintains that black cast iron surface like a BBQ.

  Thanks, pan frying steaks on this should be awesome.

  Been tossing between 10.25 and 12, hopefully 12 is a good size for 2 steaks.

    I have both! 12 probably better for your steaks but it's super damn heavy. The 10 is a little easier to lift and tilt.

      Turns out the 12 inch is quite a bit larger than the non-stick I was using.

      Ordered a 10.25 inch, probably a closer match. Will decide which one to keep or both.
