Shake & Win isn't showing on the app for my girlfriend or me though, seems it's unavailable with this replacing it??
It's glitched out at the moment, from what I can tell it's only bug on android. It's still there and works fine you just can't see it so you have to tap where it used to show it. Seems like all online features are off too because you have to redeem wins at the cashier.

We know you love that winning feeling, so that's why we're getting in touch to let you know about some temporary changes to Shake & Win and the Hungry Jack's App.
From 9PM (AEST) Monday 23 September, Shake & Win, Reward Vouchers and Jack's Cafe Loyalty will be unavailable for a few days. But don't worry, you'll still be able to order all your faves on the App!
Then, from Wednesday there will be some changes to how you use the App while we make some behind-the-scenes improvements.
What’s Temporarily Changing
Shake & Win Prizes: Can only be redeemed by presenting your barcode to the cashier at front counter or via drive-thru.
Reward Vouchers: Can only be redeemed by presenting your barcode to the cashier at front counter or via drive-thru.
Jack's Cafe Loyalty: Free coffees can only be redeemed by presenting your Jack's Cafe Loyalty card to the cashier at front counter or via drive-thru.
There will be no change to how you order your faves on the App and you'll still earn a stamp for every eligible Jack's Cafe coffee purchased on app or when presenting your Jack's Cafe Loyalty card to the cashier.

@djkelly69: It said Shake & Win, Reward Vouchers and Jack's Cafe Loyalty will be unavailable for a few days. We are past a few days and they are back for me, although S&W is invisible it still works and is still as unimpressive as before.
Obviously the reason for any app issues can be linked back to the tinkering explained in the email, such as needing to redeem at the front counter or drive-thru as mentioned by peruboi.
They also said they'll be in touch when everything is back to normal. They haven't touched me therefore things aren't back to normal yet.
@UrMumsOnlyFan: Primary reason why I dont ever update the HJ App at all. My last update was Mar 2024 when it forced me to update.
Shake N Win has been working all fine for me every day. Snagged a Free small Coffee today morning.

In App, select "HOME" at bottom left, then scroll down and it it should be there, when you tap on the WHOPPER BALL image it opens up the game in your web browser then if you win it sends you back to the app to collect your prize.

I failed today. So I played the fun mode and now can get a perfect score.
I think the maximum high score is 66.
Essentially just draw the blue line and end it near the bottom of the net. Doesn't matter how quickly you draw it

Another thing that also makes this hard is the random change in positions throwing the ball. Just when you are used to a certain position and think you can score, then it changes positions ☹️
I think just have a go at the "play for fun" mode to get the hang of it.

I dont like how now you cant order and pay in app now you have to go to the counter or speak to person in drive through
It's so flippin annoying isnt it, just wastes more staff time serving people that would have happily ordered on the app.
Kiosks were down at my local and there was a mega queue.
I wish they had coke no sugar like maccas does - altough the maccas no sugar one is busted about 50% of the time.
They do have frozen coke zero now in case you hadn't already noticed.

Yep, have redeemed twice without issue including earlier tonight.
The app is still having issues with vouchers, just redeem at counter using the bar code.

That's a shame, I grabbed a mango flavor one when this promotion first started and it was actually really good.
Think I prefer the new one tbh, should try if you haven't already.
