    As per your website

    1. Vouchers can be claimed for any completed online transaction during the promotion period of 12am 02/11/2012 and 12am 07/11/2012. Customers must email support with a valid transaction ID (invoice number) no later than 72 hours from the end of the promotion period to claim a unique code.

    So you must have bought something inbetween 2/11/2012 and 7/11/2012 in order to qualify

    Have you not updated the website or something?
