I was always partial to Dice Wars myself. It's a sort of "Risk Lite". Very lite. Anyway, since it's Flash, it should run on most Android devices, i think:

Unfortunately trading with computers is kinda sucky - I find the game works much better in real life.
yeh i agree. best with some doobie brothers, craft beer, pizza and a few good mates.
android has drisk, very basic, but great version of the game …
android needs summoner wars that interfaces with iphones :)
as a side note, i've had it for a while, the latest update seems to have fixed the problem where everything was far too small on a decent sized android screen … so if you've had it previously, it's actually playable now :)

Is this online, or just against the AI. And if online, cross platform against IOS?
Either against AI, or hot seat mode.
It's too bad the DLC's are more expensive than the game itself now…1st world problems.
