    Just realised a lot of my eligible items from the prime day sale have $0 tracked. Tried to submit missing claim and they have said period expired (only 2 months!).

    Id be weary of using them now.

    Can you double dip by paying with two separate cards? Eg If you pay half with a Westpac card and half with a St George card, can you potentially double your cashbacks and the caps ?

      That's a good question. It seems now when the checkout amount is over $500, eBay allows split payments across two cards.

      Just found answer under Overview when you select the bank offer from the Earn More screen in app. Reward capped at $20 per purchase

    I can't uncheck the 5% voucher discount given by seller. When I click uncheck box, it checks in automaticaly. Doens anyone knows how to get rid off the discount?
    It says discount is applied automatically at the checkout.

    Just noticed even on the ebay app I can't get rid of the voucher. Thats so strange!!

      So, let's see:

      • SB loses a valuable rep, response on here is now slow and often lacking
      • Cashback accuracy has dropped, especially for some retailers (cough BWS)
      • How about we now charge you a subscription to get decent cashback rates (which may never track)? Yeah, NAH

        Edit: just saw the threads about the layoffs and this absolutely checks out. I messaged the GYB account in June and was surprised at how generic the responses were. Definitely not the same person/people running that account.

      GYB mentioned a few times previously, if Ts didn't clearly state "per user" then it's always "per transaction".

    @gotyourback , I purchased it during the 12% promo, however it was untracked.. I later submitted claim to missing cashback and only awarded 1% instead of 12%. I sent another message to Shopback and they said they will get back in January after investigation, which doesn't make any sense. Could you please help?
