      Vpn changes the IP address and incognito mode blocks cookies.

    If you got the email with the unique link, only click on it when in-store!

    There's no way to save the prize after clicking on the link.

        It requires staff to input some 4-digit PIN when you show the page at the counter.

        I backed out and closed the tab as I wasn't redeeming it yet.

      It is saved. They just make it complicated.

      When you click the link a second time you get to a screen that reads "You Cant Win More Prizes". Then small below "View My Participations", click on that then click again on "View my Prizes". Then Redeem.

      I tried in store, no one (not even the owner who was called to return to the store) knew how to get the PIN I was supposed to enter. So they just gave me a Muffin for $1 and I've still got the $1 voucher in my account, to be used another day (perhaps at a different store).

    Won a muffin, but didn't see any $1 or $2? I thought muffins were more than $2, does that mean you need to pay $2 to get the muffin?

    No one at store knows what is their pin. They called someone via wa video call and still no idea. At the end, they gave me the free muffin but told me not to claim it again. Lol

    my local muffin break said not redeemable til Oct 7th ;-; Said other stores might be redeemable now though.. shoddy roll out.
