Looks like The Good Guys have beaten JB hi-fi's "wicked Wednesday" price on the Panasonic 55" TV (TH-L55ET5A) by $1. They also have a promotion running where you receive $50 store credit for TVs over $750 if you buy online and pick up in store.

I doubt they would budge much from this price if you tried to bargain in store anyway, and the price seems to have been well received by quite a few people.

edit: looks like this price was only applicable during the same hours as JB's wicked Wednesday sale. Price has gone back up :(

      I just tried adding TH-L55ET5A to my cart and you do get 15% off plus a $100 gift card. Total price is $1273 - $100 gift card = $1173.

    I bought TH-L55ET5A + Skype camera TY-CC20W and extra pair 3D glasses for $1357 at JB on Thursday. I thought this is the best deal.
