End of line bargain on a great flat top barbecue. Retails for $1k, I bought one last year for $800 and thought that was a great deal.

This model gets great reviews. The griddle plate has a metal diffusion plate welded on underneath it to help provide consistent heat which sets it apart from others. You can also take off the griddle plate and there's porcelain coated grill grates underneath you can use. Great for pumping out smash burgers.

I've been going down the BBQ rabbithole for a few years now and honestly I reckon the best set up is to have one of these and a Weber kettle.

Seems to be a new company but I've confirmed with the distributor that they're legit.

      Yeah it comes preseasoned. The seasoning is good too, I've not had to reseason it in a year of use.

    Do you know if its possible to 'build in' this model into an outdoor kitchen? Finding it really hard to find a built in griddle that isn't $4000!

        Yeah I prefer the look of the grease trap on the Gridiron plus the hinged lid would be a bit nicer to use than the sliding lid for this one.
