JB Hi-Fi Scheduled Delivery of TV for End of Next Month

Following the OzBargain trend, I bought the Samsung DU7700 in a recent deal, paid for delivery for JB Hi-Fi last week.

I looked up my email, they scheduled it for delivery end of next month!

Like I could've have picked it myself next day or bought from Harvey or Good Guys, but now the deal is over I can't cancel JB, is it normal timeline with JB Hi-Fi?

    waiting more than 30 days for it to get delivered, where as unpopular harvey and samsung couldve shipped it next day or two

      paid for delivery for jb hifi last week

      Last week to this week is like 7 days not 30 days. Was it in stock when you bought the item?

      And next month is about 7 days away.

      Watch out for Karma.It might kick the TV off the ute. Ratchet the straps down till you see the screen begin to bow.

      PS: Be thankful you weren't born on 29 February.I don't think you'd handle it well.

  Was there an estimated delivery date quoted at purchase? if so, and it is out by 30 days, I would complain.

  Perhaps call JB and speak to them - could just ask them if it's possible to send sooner and/or explain if that period is accurate.

  (Perhaps you did do the above already before jumping on OZB…. possibly…)
