Whilst using the toilet in Myer, I noticed this sale happening across the wall.

Myer Melbourne City is removing their running shoe collection established under the brand "RunZone" - hence why it's "closing down".

They had heaps of shoes and variety, with this being an in-store-only offer, and the employee mentioned it was running until sometime in October.

Some categories of shoes included Asics Gel Kayanos, Hoka's, Brooks Glycerin and New Balance, see the pictures below for the full collection. Some absolute bargains to be had, so head down to the Basement level, and check out the range for yourself.

    I don't like it when there are no names or prices displayed next to the shoe, and having to pickup the shoe and inspect tags. No wonder they are closing down. Poor visual merchandiser.

    Probably will be some bargains to be found due to their competence.

      And as soon as you go near the display, the sales people come right up and ask to help you. (Or they are nowhere to be found.

      No prices on things = overpriced
      Try a convenient store in the city, no prices to be found anywhere, walk away with paying 40% more than you wanted

        Yep, any "Ezy Mart" in the Melbourne CBD is like this. Not a single price tag to be found on any item in store. The first time I went in, I picked up an item, got it scanned at the counter, subsequently left it at the counter and walked a block over to Woolies and got the same thing at half the price.

        Shit part is, the person behind the counter wouldn't be setting the price, but I bet they cop all sorts of abuse for it.

      Why? Everything today is about consumer experience, not just the product. I as a consumer love a great story and this is definitely one.
