      Just my experience with the $10 birthday vouchers - put in an online order where they had to cancel and refund due lack of stock (they gave me the choice to wait for stock to be transferred to my store or refund). Refunded in Myer GC, expiry was 3 yrs. Original birthday voucher had 2 month expiry. So I guess if you make an order then cancel the 'new' expiry would be 3 years?

  Oh no, 'Access denied' and 'Transaction failed, please contact customer service', no card received, but payment taken after contacting the bank for authorisation. Will I receive the gift cards?

  I'm aware this site has had issues before, but i've never used it until now…
