Even if you cancel your order they still charge you for it. Happened to me multiple times.
Last time when I pre-ordered my $15 off Italian, I accidentally used paypal instead of my applying my DD credits
So I just cancel my order straight away and had an option to choose either refund to original payment method or as DD credit.
The transaction on my credit card is gone within 24 hours.
Anyway, this man/woman has serious issue on anger management based on his/her further comments.
I am no longer interested in dealing with him/her.

Bugger, the only kebab shop nearby (still an almost 15 min drive) that accepted the code wants $24 for a basic kebab on DD, so I won't be trying them out today lol. Code worked fine though, so upvote from me and my empty tummy.

Placing a pickup/delivery order through DD app has always had the exact same menu and prices, the only difference is that they would add a delivery/service fee for delivery orders.
But I am talking about a restaurant with two different menu prices, I have never taken notice of this before.
Literally every one of the stores around me has always had different prices for pick up and delivery.
Local chip shop does that on Menulog too. Plenty would, I assume.

Thanks! These DoorDash deals are also a good way to get rid of small balances on restaurant choice / restaurant etc. gift cards. (Min $0.50 though). If you have Canadian DashPass where delivery is free over $15 instead of $20, or you are picking up.

Payment method, it's a credit card and you are paying at a restaurant. Any restaurant card that works at mcc 5812.
For example my order came to $1.97 so I paid by credit card, entering a restaurant choice card details that had $2 left on it.

Pardon my ignorance, but is the meat used in kebabs supposed to be reconstituted? I have had a few different ones thanks to DD, the meat always tastes like luncheon meat, there’s no meaty texture.

Yeah sometimes bone’s left while in processing unit but ya obviously it’s a weird experience when you consume it. I always suggest to everyone to chew kebabs properly , especially to the kids.

Report it to doordash. The store should've cancelled or called you if it was out of stock. They'll reimburse whatever you paid (even if it's 50c) and might give you the voucher again.
@Monacraft: Zero chance DD support would do anything in this scenario. The out of stock item was credited back as normal and anything else in the cart (the sauce in this instance) was billed normally. The promo is burned even if the order was completely cancelled.

I have 10 accounts. You just need a few new numbers, prepaid cards and use desktop browser if using phone to order.
