    I have one. Ive been leaving it on my driveway and expose to all the elements.
    I filled it with water and use sandbag to stablize it. Once a week, i push it out to the court yard and play with the family.
    After 2 years, the backboard finally break. I just fix it with some gorilla tape. Otherwise it is still a lot of fun.
    The initial setup require 2 people. Its not straightforward. Also, the good thing is, the rim is of stardard size so if it breaks, you can just replace the rim from ebay for like $30

  I have a similar looking model from a different Ebay seller, and our backboard completely broke on impact from a long 3 point shot after about 9 months usage. We had a Kmart model for years prior with no issues (black plastic, not clear pvc type), so I suspect this type of backboard isn't as strong. Aside from that, the structural design of these seems better - it gives the backboard more support from the frame.
