They don’t last too long before they get bent and corners curl up. They also don’t stay on one spot easily.

Their $12 one works way better - https://www.kmart.com.au/product/texture-grid-mat-40407609/

We have one of the $12 one which we are able to stick to the wood laminate flooring to keep in place (/w heavy duty double-sided tape). Has been doing a great job since we got it.

My fiance went and bought the one in OPs deal post and there are 2 things that mean I have replaced it in the first week:

      1. The same double-sided tape does not stick to the bottom surface of the mat, so we can't stick it down.
      2. Without the tape, it's dangerously slippery (more slippery than the $12 without tape) on wooden floors. We have a newborn baby and I almost slipped over walking in with her over my shoulder when the mat slid on the flooring while I had 1 foot on it - I almost did the splits.

Absolutely do not recommend OPs deal unless you have it on carpet or something that will prevent it from sliding.

Sounds like an even better gift.

Hopefully the recipient has to line up for an hour to pick it up from the post office.

    • Yeah, I took one look at the photo and knew I'd just be paying $1.75 for a daily frustration that would end up in landfill before the month is out.

    • They don’t last too long before they get bent and corners curl up.

What if if I buy 6 of them and lay all them on top of each other? I would still have $1.5 left.

    Look terrible 😝

  • Not that bad. Bought a month ago.

bought them few months ago, does the job. But does tend to bend at corners and i have OCD :(

    • I do taped under the corners (with some doubled-sided ones) so it can't bend and also move.

i though the same, but it disturbs my roborock when mopping, i bought 10 of them and have to pickup every time i mop

        • Haha, cleaning bot is not expecting a new mat.

  • I got one, hopefully this one is a bit more absorbent than the type I have now. Want something to wipe feet on when you have been walking in wet grass etc. The ones we have now don't work and I have to put a towel down instead

  • I had one indoors that was fine until I hosed it off. Since then it leaves fine blue plastic dust underneath it, I still use it outside. Hope it's not causing a microplastic problem.

  • Love the mat name, feeling so reassured it doesnt come with included dirt and extra liquid.

    Plastic floor mat? No thanks.

    • Plastic floor mat? No thanks.

It's not only for plastic floors, you can also use it on timber or concrete.
