      I've had a series of large purchases not tracked by ShopBack (not Temu) and each claim was rejected. Suggest recording your purchase if you're on mobile to provide as evidence, they hardly ever acknowledge a mistake on their end.

        The largest purchase I made was a 130% cashback for PureVPN which ended up getting accepted surprisingly for around $230? But other than that, I make very small purchases here and there, usually less than $50 but majority of them have been tracked..

  I’ve found whenever I’ve looked on Temu there’s always vouchers and store credit etc which would negate the Cashback

  Temu tracking is like playing the lottery.
  Sending everything back to them from last order that was supposed to be 50% cashback via CR, don't want to risk it being manually added and then rejected in 6months time.

  When you click on link from Shopback to Temu you get a popup saying Opps!
  Sorry, only new users can get this coupon.

  I doubt that this is for existing customers too.

    That message always come up, even for new accounts. Besides, if Shopback site/app advertises for existing customers too, then by law they have to honour it. So just screenshot it then shop! If it doesn't track, you have proof.
