I got the same and my account is cancelled but still valid till the end of Sep. I tried to join and found no option to do so; all it gave me is the page where it says your account is cancelled.

    • Same, just got "We've cancelled your membership. Your benefits will end on 15 October 2024"

If i don't get a deal come up between now and then, OnePass and i will be parting ways.

        15 September here and at $20 I'd buy again….at $40 that's a No

    • Same. No way to re-subscribe

  • I have an expired account

How long ago did it expire?

    • So technically I have cancelled the membership, but still active till the actual expiration date. Pressing on the link took didn't give me an option to rejoin!

  • Thanks, worked on my expired account

What's so good about this? It works on my account. I got a trial ages ago but don't even think I ended up buying anything or using it at the time.

Main value is really free shipping from Bunnings and Kmart. YES I know I live like 15 minutes away from either of them, but still, having to park, wheel a trolley, find the item, pickup, browse for more, suddenly an hour is gone…

Doesn't cover large bulky items though.

Thank you for the answer. Was a genuine question and no judgement on the 15 minutes part, I appreciate convenience, especially as I work long hours so if I can save some time during the week, I happily will.

90% of what I would buy from Bunnings, target, catch is excluded. Eg. A bag of potting mix is excluded. Sale/clearance items excluded. Everything from catch marketplace excluded. Kmart cancels your order if not in stock at your local store. Could have improved but I think I used it once in the year despite trying my best.

        • This is what I fear. I do have a Kmart and Bunnings nearby which probably adds to it, but was genuinely wanting to hear what others use it for in case I hadn't considered something.

Maybe things have changed but that isn't my experience at all. Just got an order form Kmart over the last few days. From all of the different deliveries I got and according to the list in my auspost app the order came from 4 different stores near me.

Also while there are some things excluded at Bunnings based on weight it size, I'm pretty sure anything under 25kg is included. If you want two bags of potting mix there is nothing stopping you from putting in two orders.

Admittedly there are times where I couldn't get something delivered that was annoying (a rake because it was too long) I have gotten great value out of it for Bunnings. Particularly when whatever I want is out of stock at my local and I can't be bothered going to one further away.

        • I just got 2 x 25L potting mix from Bunnings, delivered free via One Pass. 3 bags was over the limit.

      • Main value for me is the 5x points at Bunnings.

I live 15 minutes from 2 different stores and I never thought about free shipping. That will change now.

It’s really handy for small things from Bunnings, I ordered some sheet metal screws for $5 delivered the other day.

My local Bunnings uses gig worker delivery “zoom2u” so it’s sometimes as quick as same day delivery. KMart is more like a week, delivered by Sendle etc but Kmart is often cheaper than Amazon and is often better quality for items at that price point.

I’ve also tried using it for Priceline which was ridiculously slow - shipped from a chemist interstate and took more than 10 days.

So the shipping experience differs wildly between wesfarmers brands. Some of them are fighting Amazon head on and others are a long way off.

5x points in store and the free shipping. I’m chronically ill, it’s really hard if I’m bed ridden or in hospital and need something. I live 5 mins from a major shopping centre but actually going is a massive hoopla.

  • Not bad

  • What am I missing?

My account says cancelling on 15th September. I tried clicking on the previous post link and nothing happens.

OnePass is good but the setup/system sux. I cancelled future dated pending in October so because this date hasn’t reached and I’m officially cancelled, I can’t reactivate / renew. The way it links accounts to Kmart target Bunnings etc is so clunky. I got a new OnePass and yet can’t map Bunnings etc as my account is already linked to another OnePass - completely broke it…

Wish they’d just give existing members the same deal as new customers !

Agree that existing members should be able to access honeymoon rates. Also agree that it’s a fair amount of work to bootstrap all the accounts together. Has mostly been ok though Kmart (courier) did lose our first order !

  • I didn’t get the email but when I clicked through the link I was able to use the offer. So if you didn’t get the email, you may still have the offer.

PSA though: Just make sure you are getting your Kmart bonus points if you shop in store. I tracked them for my first year and a lot of the time the in-store bonus 5x points weren’t awarded or were incorrect. Other stores weren’t much of a problem but Kmart was.

  • I cancelled my One Pass when they would not renew it for $20. That was 3 months ago and I just got the letter for the renew for $20.
My wife took up the $20 offer so I just use here card now.

  • i've done lots of coles + kmart shopping but in my dashboard it says $21 saved for ~11 months. dont think i will get this anymore

  • Once my onepass fully cancelled/time limit was up I renewed at $20/yr thank you

After a couple of orders from Catch (or any of the participants) it basically pays for itself from the free shipping side of things.

  • Old membership expires this morning. Just received a $20 renew email. Winning. Used the free delivery over 50 times last year.

  • Hmm in my Onepass account it says the following:

    Next payment
    Amount:
    $12
    Offer discount:
    $28.00 off
    Date:
    29 October 2024

  • i shouldve renewed this

    • Ive got renewal coming up for $12… from previous deal I think.

Just noticed this was targeted, not sure if I had it been dry

      It's funny this popped up…

I also went to renew yesterday, and it's $40

I could. Fins anything for $12 or even the $20

I did get a three day window 19-22 Sept to renew at $20

Bit now, full price. So I declined and left it.

      $20 I'd bite….$40 I see no real value unfortunately
