Hi folks,

We've got a very nice high spec 1440P into 4K Intel rig today, powered by the i7-12700KF processor and RTX 4070 Ti Super graphics, on the Gigabyte B760M Gaming X AX which is well suited for the required power delivery.       I actually got my ass kicked for that one and other times we did 7800X3D/4070 Ti Super at $1999 - wasn't supposed to be that price and won't ever be again.

    Out of curiosity, did the Intel CPU degradation issue on their 13th and 14th gen affect the market in any way? Shops still seem to be selling it.

        I bought a 13th gen last year in Jan and it definitely had issues. I kept letting everyone know in CPU deals there were voltage issues, to the point I had to undervolt and put a stronger CPU fan (thermalright PA).
        Mine is still working on but only because I had to undervolt to stop it from hitting the thermal junction max.
        People said I didn't know how to handle my PC etc which was really annoying. And now the evidence is out there.
        Even on previous TF deal I kept saying that the coolers need to be stronger to handle the 14th gen CPUs TF kept saying the lower end air coolers were sufficient as well.

      It all depends on howmany apps you are running at the same time. You can just get 16GB for now and get another 16GB later on if you find you need more ram since the motherboard has 4 slots. For me i would just pay the extra and get 32GB.
