Hi folks, Ryzen + Radeon gaming rigs always tick over nicely based on performance and value, and I saw some requests in the 4080 Super post so we're happy to offer them this August.

These also qualify for current AMD Free Game Promotions:

  • Ryzen 7 7800X3D: Warhammer 40K Space Marine 2 and Unknown 9: Awakening
  • Radeon RX 7800 XT: Choose 2 of Avatar: Frontiers of Pandora, Starfield, Lies of P, and Company of Heroes 3 - PC must be purchased before August 31

Just reiterating on dispatch times: Our order queue is clear so there's never been a better time to jump on. To address some of the feedback from last deal, even in our busiest times the vast majority of systems ship inside the 5-10 business day window we quote, but there have definitely been those that don't, and I would never try to shout down customers who share their experiences to the contrary. Instead have poured our efforts into focusing on solutions - we've made some tweaks to the way we operate to ensure our dispatch times hold even closer, including smaller quantity deal runs, pushing suppliers and distributors even harder to make sure they're holding up their ends of the bargain, and onboarding more builders.

    What is the latency on the ram for these?

  • +5

    no improvement on previously posted price :( the card is over $200 cheaper than the 4080 super but not the final build price $2688-$2548 = $140 saving by going AMD why not more @luketechfast ?

    7900XTX = $1369
    4080S = $1580

    1580-1369 = $211 difference !

      For starters, they said they're primarily using Sapphire and Gigabyte cards which are always priced higher than the (arguably) budget Powercolor. Unfair comparison there.

      • +7

        Ok $10 more for equivalent Gigabyte card and $1 less for the Sapphire card I think I made a very fair comparison above.

        Gigabyte Radeon RX 7900 XTX = $1379
        SAPPHIRE Radeon RX 7900 XTX = $920USD = $1369AUD

        • bitcryptomarket? A non-AU site that deals mainly in crypto purchases. More like $1399 from everywhere else for the Sapphire. The rest of the comparison is apt though.

      the 4080S theyre using is the cheapest nastiest one possible, every other brand is close to $1800.

      I know it probably doesn't make any difference but they are using an 850w PSU for this build that may make a few $ diff but considering they didn't bother listing the one used it could also be a downgrade. Then again the other build includes a liquid cooler :/

    Completely unrelated comment, but my ITX system from a deal a while back is giving me this glitches where the screen turns black for a second then reconnects. (Both audio and video go down)
    Im not good at this, but it seems to happen mainly with gaming, I replaced the HDMI cable, change the tv for monitor, reinstalled the OS.

    Do gpus go bad like this? Mine's a PNY 4060

      Try using Display Port or something for troubleshooting

      • Might be problematic now, i no longer have a monitor, just the TV with HDMI, but will try to find one..

  • Can I pick a larger boot OS drive than 2TB?
    Or are the items set in stone so to speak?

  • give us a 7500f and 7900xt and u have a deal

  • Hi Luke, I may need to chase a commission, today I rang 3 friends to let them know about this deal. They all seem keen.
