        Misread the title. Apologies.

    • Hmm

      Go on

  • Does this need any hub? Can i set schedule to turn on and off with the light? Thanks

    • Hi Winderic,
It does not require a separate hub to function just nedd screw into any standard E27 light socket or fixture. It connects directly to your mobile device via Bluetooth for both light and audio control. You can manage music playback, adjust volume, and set brightness using the Sengled Pulse app on your iOS or Android device.

Regarding scheduling, the Pulse Solo does not have built-in scheduling features within the app itself. The app allows you to control the bulbโ€™s brightness and music playback in real time, but it does not offer the ability to set schedules for turning the light on or off.

FYI this is pure bluetooth and no smart home integration. OK if you just want the lights but the sound is a gimmick.

    • I bet the sound quality will be horrible

Edit: It does mention a 12.5W JBL 1" Loudspeaker, so it's not loud, but maybe it's not as bad as I thought

      • It is crap. Very tinny. I have these LED bulbs. And they constantly disconnect as you need to be within a metre of them for music to not cut out. See my comment further down.

        • Oh nice, ok thanks for confirming that they are tinny, then it really is a gimmick

Are you reselling the costco ones you bought for a buck lol

      lol!

I remember when I bought them for $4.50 each. They are shit. Save your money. Poor sound, and connectivity via Bluetooth. A noticeable eyesore.

You need to be basically under them or within a metre for music to not keep cutting out. Landfill.

Also quit the cringey spammy marketing. Nobody is this gullible on OzBargain to fall for it.

    • Is there such thing as a Bluetooth range extender?

    • is the mic in the fitting? or requires app open - i'd be suss on both tbh LOL

neg to highlight possible issue with product as per above.

  • +2

Bluetooth, this would be so painful to use.

Needs to be wifi and smart home integration.

  • +1

Not really a bargain when they were recently (09/08/2024) posted for $1 as mentioned above by easternculture.
And issues with the product, neg.

Also I see my theory about Rep posts full of emojis is holding up.

    • These bulbs are a better investment than crypto
      Buy for $1, sell for $80 … 8000% profit
      ๐Ÿš€ ๐Ÿš€ ๐Ÿš€ to the moon

  • +2

$80 for 10 questionable quality lights? Nah

App doesn't work on latest android, light output is rather dim, size is long to account for the speaker) sound is ok I guess for a shed.

  • +1

App doesn't work on latest android,

well thats a pretty big deal breaker right there…
