  I have this and it's pretty crap. Apparently it's 350 lumen but I don't feel it's very bright, so assuming the one in OP is even worse at 280 lumen.

    i wouldnt trust the lumen claim of a no brand. 280 seems realistic for a 60cm light bar vs 350 for a 30cm no brand
