      thermaltake's toughpower gf a3 meets all of those criteria for much less. caveat is that it is lower on the 'tierlist' (b, speculative). but it is still very well reviewed and can be found for even cheaper at times

    The connectors come out the side of the PSU rather than from the end, meaning when you're building in a case you can see where the plugs are and easily unplug/plug stuff in.

  I recently got this for $219 posted. Might not be as high a tier but has the ATX 3.1 and PCI 5.0 specifications as is 1000W (white)

      As I said, it might be a lower tier but according to your link it is only "speculative". Regardless, still a reasonable option with good features for a reasonable price.

  A drawback in this is its harder to squeeze cables behind the powersupply and HDD cages.

  I liked working with it despite that. As its so much easier to add or remove new PCIE cables.

  Good deal. Another option is this. I bought one a few months back and Im pretty happy with it. A tier. 3.0. I like that the GPU cable is 2 x 8 pin at the back rather than the 16pin:
