        Wish they would fix that. Look at last BWS deal with Shopback MANY complaints people are getting weary regarding Cashback companies. Would have been nice to have a credit card CB also

          The appy deals are so BWS doesn’t have to pay cashback. They’re deliberately trying to stop people using affliate links and would defeat the purpose of driving traffic through their own app.

    I bought on this deal previously. Tracked. Then months later at payout time, the $35 credit got cancelled. So don't bank on cashrewards paying out, even after tracking.

      I've given up on Cashrewards unless there's no other option for this very reason. Too many untracked deals, but more so I've had multiple cases where cashback is 'Declined' AFTER being tracked. There's zero notification when this happens (despite there being notification when it initially tracked).

        Did you ever contact their support team? I’ve had a few that have either taken aaaaages or been declined and I contacted support, shared proof of purchase and was resolved everytime within a few days. Pretty much only used for the cash back deals for alcohol though maybe other merchants are just crap

          Yes. I was told the retailer (BWS) declined it and there was nothing that could be done.

      Similar happened with SB BWS Deal in June.

      Tracked but still not confirmed 6 weeks after SB confirmation date
      Family member & others had same issue in that SB Deal.

      SB repeatedly hasn't replied to my complaint. Will try again as paid out for another after a lot of complaining
      So much effort to recover $15 cashback owed😝

      Luckily CR BWS purchase at same time tracked & paid out without a hassle.
      No longer risking using SB.

    My experience: I’ve had multiple Cashrewards transactions not track when using Safari on my Mac. Since changing to Chrome I’ve had no issues.

      Update: I opted for the Hennessy VSOP Cognac 700mL. Regular price for this ranges between $93-$110. Currently $99 at BWS. Ordered 12:57pm and tracked 1:15pm. Total Cashback $24.75 confirmed in email. Unusual as the Cashback included GST…

      Total price: $74.25. Not a bad deal :)

      I've used CR for years and never had any issues. I try to avoid using mobile or apps. I fire up the laptop and do it on a windows OS. And I usually log into the site and add the item to cart so it's all ready. Then I go back to CR, click the link through there until I'm directed to BWS site. Then I just check out.

      I think most people have issues when they browse, create multiple tabs or use Safari.

        I've used CR in the past without issue.
        Used it the other day (18th) for PIA, not recieved email or anything from CR.
        Later read others were having success with this deal, so purchased, not recieved anything from CR.
        Using Librewolf. Did the search thing tho, good tip re adding to basket first.

    I’ve had two rejected claims with cashrewards. They follow up with BWS who just don’t respond or reject it saying it’s linked to another marketing channel. Complete BS. At least ShopBack do the right thing, even when BWS don’t respond.

    I have only got 1 cash back rejected by Cashrewards and that was with BWS. the purchase didn’t track and TA added a manual tracking ticket. BWS didn’t approve it in the end. I will do click collect and if it doesn’t track I’ll not pick up.

    Ordered yesterday for pickup, not going to pickup my order until I get the Cashrewards email saying its been tracked!

    Usually the emails are pretty quick after my funds have been taken.

    Anyone got the email from Cashrewards that its been tracked?

      Update from my side, no Cashrewards tracking, ended up cancelling my order. Cashrewards is hit and miss for me, seems like I'm not the only one.

      Does this fall on Cashrewards or BWS being the incompetent?

    I made a rookie mistake, the webpage trigger the BWS App to open and I finished the transaction on the BWS app
