        i went nuts on the recent coles half price promo on 'preworkout drinks got a whole mix of below - otherwise yeah I usually buy a couple of 4 packs of ultra, then randomise between either gold, or the normal one in 'dry' variant.

          Normally just alternate white and gold but if green is around I'll grab. Idk why it's not generally sold in 4 packs :/

    Caffeine in Australian energy drinks is regulated to 80mg/250ml so they all are pretty much the same (besides coffee which ironically can have way more). You being sensitive to it has nothing to do with this one brand and stop drinking caffeine then some people have really low tolerance.

  Ultra sugar free tastes nice but its probably the weakest energy drink going around, just feels like drinking any other soft drink.

    When I looked at it a while ago I thought Ultra Rosa had the least caffeine and everything else was roughly similar

    Edit: yeah Rosa has 140mg.

    i have an extremely high tolerance for caffeine after years of abusing caffeine/pre workout - i thought the musashi energy (currently half price at coles) at 160mg caffeine with a small dose of beta alanine was kind of good for a 2pm wake me up.

      I've tried Musashi but holy shit the Fruit Cup was awful and the Grape wasn't a lot better.

        Try it cold. Tastes better. I hate myself though so room temp it is .
