Be carefull leaving comments here because the Rep might call you a troll if he doesn't like it.
Thanks for confirming my comment, not sure why so many Reps think taking a combative approach is the way to go on here.
It's really not the best way to represent a business. Neg for issue with the seller.I have bought something in the past from this seller, been a while now and had no problems. But that is a terrible way to respond to someone complaining OP. You buy in bulk and you sell retail, as long as you send the items ordered, 99% of times there will not be a problem. Id hate to be in the 1% with your attitude. Thanks for posting this Lucille Bluth
LMAO as per above, proven true by watchnerd
@Oz Smart Things
Is the smart shades replacement cog on your website compatible with soma smart shades 3?
No its for the v1 or v2. If you need for the SS3 I have some spares that I can send you. Ping us an email [email protected] Currently we have not stocked them as they have been holding up much better than the last model.
Counterpoint - I’ve ordered a few things from this seller and not had any problems..
Same
I also had my orders delivered without issue. However, there was a problem with the "Garage Roller Limit Switch" where I ordered 3 - first got broken before I even installed it, second got less reliable during tassie winter and only the third one so far survived more than a year. I think it should not be marked as "industrial quality" because it is just a cheap plastic knockoff from aliexpress.
Anyway, I am glad that I did not complain because that sort of communication would not do any good to my mental health.
$300 for basically a stepper motor……
Shelly Pro 1 hopefully in the coming birthday deals
Check back tomorrow we will have some discounts on the Pros. Unfortunately not on the Pro 1. We will have on Pro 1pm 2pm etc.
Do better OP, calling members of OZB trolls is surely not the best way to run a business.
The Eve MotionBlinds upgrade kit (Matter version) is currently $329 from OZ Smart Things but only $319.95 from Amazon AU - will you be doing a better price this week?
Buy it from Amazon since it's cheaper and stack it with discounted gift cards and stack again with Shopback to get 7% cashback in the "Home Improvement" category. Final price will be ~$290.
Unless you love terrible customer service as shown by the rep on multiple occasions on OzB
Yes, we will be running a promotion on that model on Thursday.
Thank you
@Oz Smart Things Hi, any chance of buy 4 get 1 free as offered in your previous deals on the Shelly Plus 2PM? Thanks.
I'm still undecided. For the purpose of lighting/fan, these smart relay switches seem ideal, however, would really only be useful when used in conjunction with presence sensor and/or temp/humidity sensor in each of the rooms to create any meaningful experience.Hello, No, that deal is not being run; however, your current price is the lowest. It will be at least until back Friday, but no guarantees that that model will be in the black Friday promotion.
@Oz Smart Things
Hi there, will you be doing any deals on the Smartbot Locks and keypad?
No sorry. Switchbot did not come to the table with any deals this year.
Had bad experience with this seller via their eBay store.
I had provided multiple opportunities to resolve issues.
The seller had initially sent the wrong item. Then when correct item was received, I asked seller about reimbursement for express shipping since due to the fault of the seller, I spent extra for a shipment method which was no longer possible due to their stuff up. The seller did not respond to my request to be refunded the difference.
Finally the item was defective, and I had sent a message to them to return item. Seller did not respond. eBay had to step in and approve the refund.
Imagine what a nightmare it would be going through a warranty claim with them as occurred to me. You'll receive radio silence and get the runaround.
The rep also told me to essentially shut up about my experience
