With my all previous orders, they had one year to activate. But, if there is any bonus data promotion, then need to activate by a month for that.

Confusing wording. You can activate after 21/08, just make sure within 30 days of purchase. That was my experience with them on another offer.
I have ordered catch sim cards multiple times in last few years, all of them had a year to activate. However, if there is current bonus data promotion, then to get that bonus data, the sim need to be activated within a month, else we don’t get the bonus data, but still can get default data offer within a year.
Should be for new customers as usual.
