Not quite as cheap as previous deal at $390.14 but still a decent price at $430
Good Klipper based printer with minimal setup & tinkering required.
Now cheaper using this listing at $359.40

I’m overwhelmed by the amount of 3d printer options!
How would this compare to the Bambu labs A1 at $550?
This is a Core XY and the A1 is a bed slinger.
The big advantage of Bambu is the ability to add an AMS for multicolour & multi material type printing.
The Makerworld ecosystem is also beneficial for one-button printing direct from your phone using pre-sliced user profiles.
Either way, you can't go wrong with the modern printer offerings
Thank you; so if I don’t intend on using an AWS this should print just as accurately? I assume spares are available?
This has an enclosure so will print more stuff than the A1. The A1 will probably be more 'accurate' as they had to do a lot of things to get the impressive speeds, turning down to the same speed should make it more accurate. But you really won't tell the difference.
Picked it up for about $330 during a previous sale and I'm super impressed with it, but even at this price it's fantastic value.
Buying the enclosure kit and printing the supports is well worth it for the sound volume decrease alone.
I just wish there were more advancements in running full klipper on it, my results were worse than just stock firmware, so I reverted back.
if you go to full Klipper, make sure to retune rotation distance, and the other Orca calibrations.
Compare the macros and also add in plugins like KAMP for adaptive mesh
Rotation distance isn't adjustable in the stock firmware afaik, and the klipper mod has a setting based on that - seems to be pretty accurate for most people I believe.
They also add a bunch of macros based on stock settings, but some things are a bit different.
Kamp was one of the main things I wanted full klipper for because I love it on my sovol! There were some issues getting it running, seemingly even if I commented out the applicable mod macros and modified the start gcode - probably could've sorted it out if I spent more time with it.
Did you print the sides in PETG as per the guide? If so did you have any issues printing on the 5m prior to enclosing? Ty
I printed the sides in PLA because they're not really subject to any heat anyway. I printed the top in PETG because it probably will deal with higher temps - but even then I think PLA probably would've been sufficient.
I had my 5M in a tent before the enclosure and had no issues printing PETG in there. PETG like higher temps and doesn't like draughts, work with that and it should print fine.
Nice price as it comes out to AU $359.40 for me.
Now where's the best bang-for-buck deal on filament.
Sunlu/Jayo on eBay currently part of the CBT20AUG discount
@Jimothy Wongingtons why haven't you posted this yet!
I'm at the posting limit, have to wait for time out.
Busy day today haven’t had time to get to my pc to type out a proper post (plus thought I’d give someone else a go)
May I ask which seller? Ty

$359.40 here and looks to be the same thing
nice, I'll ask moderator to update
Doesn’t mention wifi in title however the listing is terrible to review on mobile app so can’t compare side by side!
Updated
Just a heads up that there is apparently a next gen model being announced this month. Some possibility it will be compatible with an AMS. Still a great deal regardless.

It won't be as cheap as this, and you can always do with more than one printer to have multiple prints on the go
Mmhmm, but will also likely mean prices on this model drop
Just curious but what do people usually print out with these?
have a browse on

Looks like this deals over :-(
usually the case for these 3D printer coupon stacking deals, they jack the price up
I’ll have to keep an eye on the listing. Added everything to cart yesterday and phone died.
Just a heads up, the seller accepted my offer at the original price of $449, and the coupon takes it down to $359 again, so worth a try if you're still thinking about purchasing.
I got one the previous sale. It's pretty impressive - unlike the old days, you don't need a lot of knowledge and tinkering to get really nice results, and the speed is amazing.
