This is the product. -

I already have a bigger torch, the Sofirn SC32 and this little guy seems to have as much power as its bigger brother. The torch is TINY and can light up a room.

Glad that I made the purchase and only paid $8 for it - absolute bargain. This will go straight into my car in case I need it for something at some point.

    Are there any of these high powered Aliexpress cheapies which are purely strobe? Would be great for self defense.

        If you're in the dark and have one of these high powered lights on strobe pointed in your face it completely disorients you.

        I've already got one of the high end Sofirn's but it's a little complicated flicking it over, not really helpful in a stressful situation. I would love one that is purely strobe that I could give to my partner.

      I've got a Convoy Z1 SFT40 that cycles through modes with a half press, one of which is a strobe.

      Best to do some research for flashlights with 12 mode UI or Biscotti.

      Edit: here's some light reading (pun not intended). A convoy flashlight is probably the way forward. There are differences in the lights eg side/tail switch, emitter choice, battery size. Most of them will have usbc charging too.

        Cheers, appreciate the info. I've got the Wurkkos TS22 which is Anduril. This sounds like a decent compromise.

    Bugger I missed that deal. It's the perfect size for carrying around. I'm really loving the LT1S lantern I picked up for US$19 recently.
