I was the one who posted this deal last time. Bought it, arrived within like a week with no issues.
Solid polisher for it's price. Did a two stage paint correction on my car and couldn't fault anything about the polisher. The pads I used were Buff and Shine Uro-Fiber Pads.
I haven't used some of the cheaper ToolPRO polishers from Supercheap Auto so can't really compare but I didn't mind putting in an additional $100 to get this polisher.
