    I'm new to Sydney but has anyone noticed the lack of self serve car wash / auto wash?

      Yes there used to be plenty but most have closed down or been replaced with hand car washes. My theory is that the land value is too high to make the self serve washes viable

      It’s pretty handy, if you wash it twice (without subscription) you pay around 60 for top wash (with hand prep), whereas if you get subscription which is 60 for month, you get unlimited washes so if you only get 3 washes a month you are in getting some value.
      It’s on my way to work, so i get my car washed at least twice every week which keeps my car clear every time and is value for money for me

            No brush use is involved on body, so no swirl marks either.

          No brush involved, high pressure water/soap/wax/water and then dryer which doesn’t cause any swirl marks but surprisingly does a good job

    Saw a Facebook ad for this recently—super easy! My 30 year old car finally got its annual wash.

    It used to be $20 for Deluxe at CE Warner's Bay, its now $25. 10th(or 11th) one is free.
