    ROTT for Switch?

There's something I haven't thought about in a long, long time.

    • +1

Hell yeah. ROTT, Strife, Turok 2 - good memories of good times.

    • Had that exact thought lol

PowerSlave/ Exhumed is an awesome ‘Metroid Prime’ like game (before Metroid Prime became a thing. It predates it by about 5 to 6 years - released on Saturn, PlayStation 1 and PC back in the mid 90’s).

PowerSlave Exhumed is defo worth a go.
It is a remix/ mashup/ widescreen remaster of both the Saturn and PlayStation 1 versions. (each version was somehow different - and the Saturn’s version is surprisingly well regarded as the superior version).

  • Turok isn't on the n64 app yet?

    • +1

It is but these are remastered versions with better graphics, controls and general QOL.

      • quality of life?

        • +1

Yep, there's a bunch of extra stuff in the options menu now including a cheat menu. Achievements too, if that's your thing.

          • @Hiphopopotamus: nice. I thought it was only us psych students that said QOL lol

          • @Hiphopopotamus: I picked up Turok 2 and Shadowman. I remember trying Turok 1 back in the day and i always got lost. The bundle 123 is $35

Turok and Turok 2… now there are some memories.

      Foggy memories I assume.

      • +2

Had to go through them with a cerebral bore.

    • Turok 2 multiplayer, late 1990s. Great times

  • Is there anything notable about the Switch ports, compared to say, PC?

    • +1

Other than gyro aiming in some of them, not much really as far as I know.

  • Can ypu run them full screen with music AND sound fx?

  • Thats better than Turoks all time high price of $139 when it launched in N64! No joke
