I have had 2 previous UA orders track cashback but then reject even without unlisted codes. When i questioned they said no to cashback but couldnt give a reason. I have never had issues with Puma, Adidas etc, only UA cashrewards.
Mind if I ask what combination of devices etc you used for those two orders? About to place an order and want to avoid similar happening.

Even the UA outlet prices look expensive compared with what i usually buy.
