Surprised no one has posted this yet as it looks like these deals have been live for a few days. Anyway just bought another tv courtesy of Samsung EPP. These prices are possibly on the Samsung EDU website as well.

There are currently heaps of TVs listed on the Samsung EPP at various discounts, I'm just going to list a few in case anyone is interested now that I placed my order.

    Well, I had really bad experience with Samsung. Bought in 22, repaired twice. Multiple Black lines. I must be the unlucky one or different model , 85”.

        samsung vs TCL aside would the mini-LED on the TCL give better dimming and brightness?

      Unfortunately, you only get access to the EPP store if the company you work for does a lot of business with Samsung, it entitles their employees to Samsung products at discounted rates. I used to work for a large mining company here in WA and that is how I have access.

    The DU7700 is the base model TV. The 75" and 85" seem to be pretty good value.

        FWIW the education store doesn't have the same offers. For example the 85" is $1,959.30, so $280 more than this offer.

          I still dont see the point.. since they are broadcast at 30fps (and MAX 60fps if ever).. so you only get to use 30/60hz from ur tv

    Samsungs are not that great as LG and Sony. JBHifi can give you deals anytime on samsung but not on Lg and Sony as their panels are best quality compared to samsung, looks like samsung is selling in bulk and compromise on quality.

      Not so. Sales guy at JB Malaga was pushing LG 77 inch OLED EVO advertised 5995 and when I said it was too high for me & only looking to spend 5k, he said they could do that instantly.

    Zero issues with the Tizen software. No doubt would of preferred the Google UI but it has all the main streaming apps plus the free Samsung channels. Btw, I have the 55 inch Q70C which I got a few months back from the EPP store for $667 delivered with the $100 off trade in for the old tv plus a further 5% with the first purchase discount.

      We have a Samsung tizen TV. Annoyances are that there is no VLC port, and it is a complex process to install jellyfin via docker as it's not available on the tizen store.

      I would still prefer an Android set up, but not so much that we'd spend extra on a dongle. Otherwise it's fine.

    If you go to HN and look at this TV compared to others, is the the dimmest out of all the TVs on display. Based on that I wouldn't recommend this and go a model up like Q60D .
