      Yep mine arrive smashed all the time but Amazon replaced them each time & just a piece of paper as protection.

      Never had that, as a matter of fact the last lot I ordered (November, I think) each jar was wrapped in bubble wrap.

      I had the dark roast 400g on S&S, latest delivery was cancelled because 'we can no longer deliver to your area'. AKA they don't want to sell it for that cheap any more.

      Just checked my other subscriptions, several items have just up and disappeared, not even any sign that they were ever there. No idea why they even bother.

    Was looking at instant coffee reviews this morning, apparently the good ones are Bushels, Robert timms, Moccona, and Coles gold organic.

    Apparently Lavazza is supposedly decent also, but I didn't particularly like the Prontissimo Intenso variety.
    I've tried single origin Costa Rica and Colombia from Aldi, but didn't like them either.

      @TEER3X Moccona Classic medium roast seems to be the favourite, followed by Nescafe Gold original. Have tried Robert Timms, Lavazza and Coles organic gold but not to our liking.

      @life is suffering The quality of the instant coffee brands (including Moccona) has deteriorated. They tasted better before.

      Dumped Moccona when their prices skyrocketed a couple of years ago. Subsequently tried Ww Freeze Dried, Coles Gold Organic after recommendations but wasn't impressed. Finally bit the bullet and tried Aldi Alcafe dark roast (ex Germany, possibly Moccona supplied, ~$3.95/100g?). I drink it dark (a splash of milk) with half a teaspoon of sugar and the taste is very familiar. Unless the 'formula' has changed, Nescafe Gold is meh imo.

    Absolutely terrible coffee taste no matter how you make it. I'll stick to my espresso station
