In 2019 and before it used to be per transaction and want to be sure if this offer is true for multiple transactions.
Looks like only available for new Hey You customers?
Terms say: “Cashback will be uplifted once you are verified as New Customer by Hey You”
Under Australian law they have to pay if it’s not spelt out which it isn’t . It’s not visible without having to look for it. Take screen shot, put ACCC complaint in if no cashback.
This is so bad from Shopback. Cant even clearly mention the correct requirements.

Last time I got a hey you offer no tracking on the regular nor the Westpac one. Gotta do 4 claims which is quite annoying
Just had 2 x $5 tracked when I made only one transaction. Atleast it confirms its working for multiple transaction and existing customers.
