  • Note: The '$ to go' amount that appears when you start the challenge is the pre-GST amount.
  • This challenge entitles you to a $3 bonus Cashback when you spend $30 or more in one or across multiple transactions (inclusive of GST, exclusive of delivery & all other fees) at any stores through ShopBack during Happy Hour between 5 Aug 2024 04:00 pm AEST to 5 Aug 2024 11:59 pm AEST.
  • Only orders made after you 'Start' this challenge will qualify for the bonus Cashback.
  • Limited to one bonus per customer at their purchase via Shopback.
  • Available while redemptions last.
  • The $3 bonus Cashback is in addition to the regular Cashback you'll receive.
  • The $3 bonus will be added to your account once your regular Cashback turns Confirmed.
  • Purchases that do not count towards this challenge are those which do not meet the store's respective terms and conditions (including but not limited to cancellations, returns, exchanges, using unapproved coupons, and purchasing excluded products/categories).
  • Cashback will be voided if any fraudulent activities are detected or if any terms and conditions are not met.
  • ShopBack reserves the right to amend or withdraw the terms and conditions and terminate the offer at any time without prior notice.

    The problem is to get the regular cash back tracked properly and automatically, and when you report the missing cash back, the bonus is always missing

      so true, most of my bonus "disappeared" since early this year due to non tracking and they are not very helpful anymore.

    Shopback failed to honour cashback for my hotel booking of $893, when they had 14% upsized cashback. Customer service came back with all weird excuses to deny cashback. Since then I try to avoid them as much as I can and use Topcashback instead.

      Shopback's upsized promo events have a switch that simultaneously activates the event and stops tracking.

      Same happened to me. They rejected the cashback when they had 18% promo on Mydeal. Cashrewards and Topcashback are better on tracking and approving cashback

        Same happened to me and a mydeal promo - failed to track then rejected even though you follow all the steps and have a vaild invoice.

        I use tcb or cashrewards first.

    Do you get the bonus for Amazon purchases which attracts no cashback like pet supplies, beauty, pantry?

    My spending on ebay $30 received $3 cashback since 30 June hasn’t tracked yet. I have all proof of confirmation an email, screenshots step by step with my bank bonus too l contact support. Her name is Hawa. She said my case still remaining investigated so it show on my app transaction calculated missing cashback I said l will completely stop shop from you guys until my cashback resolved. ( Normal cashback from $30 spend need to track first before getting $3 bonus cashback but 1-2 months pass without any update from ShopBack ) So everyone please be careful about these kind of challenge. You done everything right but ShopBack will said. We are investigating!!! Even though you have all screenshots to provide them. And your cashback $3 you will never get. So please be really careful not fall for this trap!!! Be warned!!!

    Shopback are really terrible with tracking these days and don’t honour things. I will only use them for gift cards now, and given this excludes gift cards I’m out.

    • But but SB was the first to manually add my missing cashback while until today got responses from CR and nothing from TB. Amazon's still struggling to solve all their missing cashbacks during the Prime Sale

        For me the ones they manually add never convert to confirmed even if you continue to contact them. Good luck with it though.

        • Just checked mine and seen a few $0s in my history. I couldn't remember what these were anymore. I guess it's necessary to take note of any large cashback. Really can't rely on them just as you say.

    • Was it tracked properly? All my purchases during prime days were not tracked with shopback.

      • Amazon's still struggling to solve all their missing cashbacks during the Prime Sale. So, don't expect that soon.

    • My Amazon order was tracked as 12am, although it was placed after 4pm, and as a result I didn’t qualify for the happy hour bonus. What about yours? I suspect that all Amazon orders have the same problem. @gotyourback

  • My Amazon tracked as calculating and it’s saying finalising result for me, don’t know why shopback can’t fix this issue

    • Same, I don’t bother to use ShopBack for my Amazon purchases
      My Prime Day via ShopBack was tracked as calculating while the corresponding Westpac was tracked correctly. Not sure how the Westpac cashback will be approved since it’s “calculating”

  • Followed up on the lack of tracking of this challenge, advised by Reena there were a maximum number of participants and missed out because of this, which is not listed in the T&Cs. Poor form by ShopBack.
