  • Wonder if Officeworks would beat this price?

Thanks OP. Great deal despite the forced $30 monthly plan but still saving heaps overall. Cheers!

  • This or the G54 which will last longer in the long run? I know the A35 probably will but just want to get other peoples thoughts

    • +1

A35. It has a better processor. The G54 will not get any more Android updates so will stay on Android 14 with less than 2 years of security updates left. The A35 will get updates until Android 18 and has 4.5 years of security updates left. The camera is also better and the AMOLED screen is much better than the IPS in the G54.

  • Anyone thats bought the Samsung A35, can you confirm if the sim tray is dual sim compatible or just single sim? I got quoted by Optus chat that they are dual sim but reading some of the comments above cast doubt if they are indeed single or dual sim. Can someone confirm urgently. Thank you.

    • The australian model is only single SIM

      • Thanks for confirming.

Can you or someone else confirm, if you are an existing member with a monthly 15gb plan active, can i login & purchase just the device by adding to cart or would i still need to purchase a plan for $30 even if i have just ported in to Amaysim in order to make the purchase? I am considering porting into Amaysim using a $10 sim from Coles with 15gb, 28 day plan so that i can purchase just the phone as an existing customer without having to buy another $30 plan. I have been following this thread for a while now, and Initially, you had to purchase the $30 sim plan mandatorily even if you are new or existing customer. However, recently few comments above indicated that if you are an existing customer you do not need to purchase a plan & thats confused me. Can some one confirm this is correct?

Can I buy a $10 sim from Coles and hope to receive the code?

    • I've been trying by limiting my 4g device to 3g. Wasn't able to actually get my hands on a 3g device. No luck so far.

But most people seem to report easily getting one with a 3g device
