      For the uninitiated…do they just send you a steam activation code and then you download through steam? would rather do that than download through amazon.

      Also, do you know if you can buy multiple copies with one account?

        Yes they send you a key and yes you can buy more then once copy per Amazon account.

      Hmm… I used the name and address, but and set it as default. Then I put the Billing address as my address with my credit card etc and it still states that it is for US customers only. Have I done this wrong?

        All you need to do is put in a US address that is NOT in the state that the seller is in. You put that as your billing address, not your delivery address, and you're done. :-)
