  • Hello Lime blue,

Is this a medium roast, meaning it will be a bit sweeter than say, your thank you blend? I like to try somethibg other than dark roasts for my next coffee sojourn.

    • Morning :)

      Never hurts to double check!

Just like our Thank You Blend this is also a Medium Omnia Roast. However, being a Honey Processed coffee with a slightly lower acidity kick than our Thank You Blend, the overall flavour of this delicious Single Origin will come across a bit sweeter in comparison :)

  • Thanks Tom, just ordered. Keen to try something new.

    • Amazing, thank you so much :)

Hope you love this terrific Single Origin from Costa Rica!

  • do I get two tim tams with my 2kg order Tommy🤣🤣

      Morning :)

I feel my arm twisting haha

Actually we recently upgraded to Tim Tam to Lotus Biscoff,, so as things stand, did you get the announcement email we sent earlier this month?

We have a small secret (well prior to this public comment) stash of Tim Tams, so once you place your order simply send a reply email to your order confirmation with the request and I'll see what I can do for you :)

Hi Tom, can’t find 500g option on this one. Do we have to buy 1kg minimum?

    • Hey @foxes28 always better to ask than wonder!

We have a relatively small amount of this terrific Single Origin available, as such we've had to limit the SKUs to ensure we don't oversell. Perhaps you could get 2x500g and split the order with a neighbour or freeze the second 500g for a rainy day :)

      • Thanks Tom! Yeah I was wondering since the page says 500g-4kg.

        • Very nice detail pick up!

Appreciate you keeping me on my toes, typo all fixed now :)

As I'm sipping on my Lime Blue India Thalanar Estate (vacuum sealed and frozen) brewed in my Clever Dripper, I've taken the dip to buy a kilo of this beautiful bean. Indian Thalanar Estate is really hitting the spot though. Loving the sweetness and earthiness. Really hit the spot differently this morning.

    • Absolute music to my ears to know how much you're enjoying our coffee, our previously featured India Single Origin sure is uniquely delicious!

Thank you so much for another fantastic order, fingers crossed you really love this one too :)

  • Ordered :) Thanks Tom - you rock. If there's a Coffee Roasters award please let me know, I'd like to nominate you!

    • WooHoo for that wonderfully uplifting vote of confidence, your thoughtful words and offer are both sincerely appreciated; I'll be sure to let you know if I hear of a people's choice roaster award :)

Thank you so much for what I'm sure is a terrific order, fingers crossed you love this tasty Single Origin from Costa Rica!

Just ordered now. Your single origins have been fantastic.

Do you anticipate getting any ultra premium single origins in the future?

Perhaps even an ethiopian from the Guji region known for its strawberry / blueberry notes ? If so…. Take my money!!!

    • WOW, what a fantastic compliment, thank you so much!

100% we strive to keep pushing the limits to make our coffee better and better. Duly noted and love your catchy sign off message haha :)

  • How’s this for pourover? The most recent LB beans I got for V60 were the Ecuador Geisha. Probably hard to compare but will I still get the fruitiness despite being closer to the chocolate end of the scale?

    • Great questions!!!

      1) I think it's terrific as a pour over :)

      2) I do appreciate how subjective personal flavour interpretation is and are correct that there was some fruitiness to the Ecuador Geisha. However, if I had to describe the primary flavours of the Ecuador Geisha in a single word, I'd describe it as "floral." This delicious Single Origin from Costa Rica sure does have some fruitiness to it, but the primary notes are chocolate earthy with secondary fruity notes. If you're looking for a fruit bomb coffee this isn't the one for you, but if you're looking for sweet, chocolatey coffee with nice fruity notes, then this one should hopefully be a real winner for you :)

      • Thanks! You’re right, the Geisha is definitely more floral rather than fruity.

        • :)

  • Hey mate - any Brazil SO specials coming up again? Thanks
How would this compare to Brazil SO?

    • +1 I need to do another order :-)

Hey @tehsnrub as mentioned to @Deal-Sniper I'm not quite sure when we'll next be featuring our much loved Brazil Single Origin in a deal. If you think you're going to run out of the good stuff soon, perhaps you could place a small order at normal price to tie you over :)

        • You twisted my arm :-)
I got some of this stuff too after reading the notes below.

    • Never hurts to ask!

Not quite sure when we'll next feature our Brazil SO in a deal. This one is similar to the chocolate notes in our Brazil, the sweet earthy notes in our Peru and clean fruit notes in our Colombia Single Origin; hopefully my description is more helpful than it is confusing :)

      • Thanks mate - this one would be okay for latte?

        • 100% works a real treat for both black and milk based coffees :)
