      You have to do the surveys they email you.
      Once they see you've contributed to the surveys, they'll eventually give you a free item.
      If you collect the free item, soon after they will then send you a survey.
      They only want to give free products for market research.

        I wouldn't exactly call them a survey, they are 2 questions and take 15 seconds to complete.

      I too enjoy chugging 2L of milk after high intensity exercise. The milk moustache makes up for the projectile vomit every time.

    I got this Flybuys offer, and got the same free product from Woolies a couple of weeks ago. I didn’t do any surveys, but do occasionally buy this and similar other brand. Note the flavour limitations in the fine print, other flavours are not free.

        There are actually many other flavours. At the time, Woolies had large quantities of the non-free flavours, but I had difficulty finding the free flavours, very little stock.

          There are many varieties of Powerade overall but this freebie is specifically for the Active Water range, not regular Powerade, Powerade Zero Sugar, Powerade ION4, etc.

          The Active Water range appears to only have five flavours - the three free ones, plus Lemon and Mixed Berry.

          I would have preferred lemon or mixed berry had they been eligible, but in any event it doesn't look like Coles stocks either of them currently.
